As an experienced leader and long-time Toronto resident, I am committed to civic accountability and transparency, ensuring that our public governing systems are both answerable and responsive to the communities they serve.

For the past 15 years, I have lived in Ward 13 - Toronto Centre, most recently by the St. Lawrence Market. I have witnessed firsthand the commitment and efforts of local residents to improve the fabric of the neighbourhood. Being active in our local community, I have direct experience with not just our specific concerns but the broader issues facing the city. I've also witnessed the lack of support from our representative and City Council. As your Councillor, my primary responsibility will be to ensure your voices are heard.

I am actively involved in our community: I volunteer at the food bank and meals program at St. Bartholomew's Church to support our underhoused and vulnerable community members, in furtherance of my focus on housing, alleviating food insecurity, and assisting in the well-being of our neighbours. Up until my decision to run for Councillor I was a member of the Ward Council for Toronto Centre, as well as the St. Lawrence Neighbourhood Association, and aided in coordinating local events such as our Canada Day celebrations. I have served as the Community Liaison Coordinator and representative for the Bond Street Shelter. In addition to my volunteer and community involvement, I am currently the Treasurer and member of the Board of Directors at the MET condo.

As your Councillor I believe the focus should be on integrity, transparency, fiscal accountability, responsible use of city funds and holding people responsible for commitments made. Delivery of services to residents should be effective, timely, and on budget. These have always been my core values, and will continue to guide my actions as your Councillor.

Ward 13 - Toronto Centre deserves practical solutions to our concerns, effective leadership that actions remedies specific to our community, and responsible representation at Toronto City Council.
